This project pays homage to the visionary work of Stefan Sagmeister, particularly his transformative documentary The Happy Film. Inspired by his groundbreaking approach to design and storytelling, I crafted a project that delves into the expressive possibilities of typography while exploring themes of joy, self-discovery, and the beauty of the human experience.
Having had the privilege to meet Sagmeister after his lecture at USF in St. Petersburg, FL, I was profoundly inspired by his fearless creativity and commitment to pushing the boundaries of modern design. This encounter reinforced my passion for meaningful, impactful design that goes beyond aesthetics to tell compelling stories and evoke emotion.
Through this project, I demonstrate my ability to combine conceptual thinking with strong typographic and visual execution. I’m excited to bring this same creativity and dedication to your team, translating ideas into designs that resonate, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.
